Rock up your wardrobe

Add a little rock and roll into your wardrobe. Think vintage rocker tees (or even a plain grey tee works great too!) teamed with vintage blue jeans (or you could even go black skinnies), a splash of gold jewellery, rock a fedora and a killer tote and your set!
My rocker look consists of the following:

As I stated in a couple posts before, I would post up pictures of the 'rainbow' bracelet which are given out this month at all Sass & Bide stores and here they are:

To be honest, I thought that the bracelet (although being a freebie would have been more unique, perhaps more along the lines of their (Sass & Bide's) signature feel. These are exactly those plastic bangles that you see tweens and teens particularly 'punk' and 'emo' ones wearing, although with funkier colours of the rainbow. For some reason, the 'tag' that are attached to these bracelets are of the Black Rats: perhaps to link these rather ordinary bracelets to the Sass & Bide label. I do like them in the sense that they do light up a outfit; and in that sense I suppose these fun and playful bracelets do achieve their goal. Remember they are a celebration of life, of love and well are of rainbows! Ill let you make up your own minds on these bracelets.

While in other news, I am delighted to announce (in a sneek peek) that Sass & Bide are releasing (hit stores by today so get in quick) the new and improve Black Rats in a shiny leather like legging/pants (like the American Apparel Lame legging material, though with all the original Black Rat detailing and design) so get in quick. I tried on a pair today and instantly fell in love, though sadly my cash flow is a bit dry at the moment, so hopefully I will be able to snap up a pair before they sell out! Im so hyped, excited and am lusting to get my hands on a pair. eeeeek.

I am actually loving my Mimco "Tough Love" bangle in Jet/Gold which is a great alternative to the celebrity loved bracelet, CC Skye chain bracelet as seen on Mary-Kate and Nicole Richie. This bangle from Mimco is not only affordable yet is unique, yet still retains that rock edge look. I will dig around for some more dirt and fashion news, though I might be able to post in the following weeks due to University work commitments. Yes a drag but it must be done.
