Kate Moss has claimed to have spotted Romanian beauty Irina Lazareanu, the brunette model you've might have seen canoodling Ms Moss' ex Pete Doherty (strangely she's been engaged with Doherty twice already!). She is only 26 years of age, yet has graced the catwalks of Chanel, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Anna Sui, Lanvin, Versace to name a few!
Lazareanu is known for her quirky, vintage-inspired style - which has arguably contributed to the rise of her modelling career. When asked about her style, Lazareanu says: "I’m very influenced by the whole 1960s–1970s London era, not only in terms of my clothes but also in terms of the music I listen to, the movies I watch, the writers I read. Those influences probably translates into my personal style in an unconscious way."
Michelle McCool of Cosmopolitan magazine writes that "(Irina) has a great rock'n'roll vibe. It's all about the hair and her flatness. I love that she has no boobs." Lazareanu is often described as having a distinctive look, as Emmanuelle Alt of Vogue Paris adds; "On the runway, no matter what, she cannot be transformed. She always has her unique look and style." As a result of her striking features and rock'n'roll semblance, Lazareanu has developed the status of 'official muse' to designers Nicolas Ghesquière and Karl Lagerfeld, with whom she shot the Chanel Cruise campaign.
I just love Irina Lazareanu's unique, quirky, rocker chic meets effortless chic style!! Whether she is dressed casually in jeans and a tee or dressed up in a beautiful couture dress, Irina holds a rare beauty. She looks great with her trademark chunky blunt fringe (and well I can say she made me cut my hair into that same style just because it was so chic and was a effortless stylish look!) While I do love Kate Moss for her daring fashion choices, Mischa Barton for her ever stylish vintage meets high-end style and the Olsen twins for their grungy, high end style; I must say Irina Lazareanu has a different type of style that I cant describe and that's why I love her. She goes in with my other style icons! :)

I find her really pretty too :) I also think she modeled some of kate moss's topshop range and thought she looked great.

i think this was released just before kate moss's collection was released, but it has a good handful of picture's which look amazing!
Kate moss's collection is in between seasons at the minute, i wonder if she's going to be modeling for a/w.
I'll keep an eye out for any other pictures :)

This is making me reconsider getting a fringe and going darker...
However my haircut is booked the sat before London fashion wk, its a risk!

It looks great and Irina looks great! :) Yeah I became inspired by Irina Lazareanu's fringe and overall rocker look, and thats why I cut my hair like that (only it didnt really suit me) but it was a good risk. Sarah, I say take it! I mean you could always pin your new fringe back if it doesn't suit you well. And you'll never know if you never give it a go! :) Good luck!
